ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Speakers have 20 minutes for slide presentation to be followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
One electronic projector and one screen for two image views will be available.
The presentation software on the computers will be Power Point and Windows Media
Player .
A slide room will be available for speakers who wish to rehearse their presentations.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster Presenters are required to be in their booths at least two (2) hours while their
posters are on display. They will be provided with four display surfaces (1m x 1m each).
