CONCESSIONS ON PRODUCTION

 


Ashtart field

Side track of ASH 49 well and deepening of ASH 41 well to the Bireno reservoir are planned respectively during the second and third quarter 2009.

Installation of an ESP on ASH 15 is planned for the second quarter 2009.

Ashtart revamp project has started in April 2005. This involves the upgrade of Ashtart topsides facilities. Project execution for EPCI was sanctioned by partners. Long lead packages are under procurement stage. Tender for EPCI major offshore work and for pipe laying are under reconsideration owing to budget increase. Alternative ways of implementing major offshore works are being discussed between partners and SEREPT. Expected award in Sept./Oct. 2009. Services for technical support were awarded and consultant mobilised. Minor upgrades are being undertaken by SEREPT using in-house resources. 

 The field is currently producing around 10 000 BOPD.

 

El Ain field

Activation of El Ain 3 well with an ESP is planned in May 2009.
The field is currently producing around 1 000 BOPD.

 El Hajeb & Guebiba fields

Installation of an ESP on GUE 9 well instead of a jet pumping system is planned during the first quarter 2009.
These fields are currently producing around 6 000 BOPD.

Makhrouga, Laarich & Debbech fields (MLD)

Drilling of a new development well Larich SE-1bis was completed in September 2008. The well is producing 1100 BOPD.

Drilling of a new development well Larich SSE-1 was completed in December 2008. The well is producing 1000 BOPD.
These fields are currently producing around 3 200 BOPD.

Ezzaouia field

Drilling of a new development well EZZ 18 was completed in November 2008. The well Starts production end of December 2008 with 280 BOPD. Plan to install a jet pumping system during the second quarter 2009

Side tack of EZZ 2 and EZZ 5 wells is planned in June 2009.
The field is currently producing around 1 600 BOPD.

 

Adam, Hawa, Dalia, Nour, Janet, Karma, Iklil and Nadhir fields

First oil of El Azzel North 1 well on 15th November 2008 with an oil rate of 700 BOPD from the Acacus.
First oil of Majda 1 well on 1st January 2009 with an oil rate of 730 BOPD from the Acacus.

These fields are currently producing around 18 000 BOPD.


Oued  Zar & Hammouda fields


Drilling of a new development well HMD 8 was completed in November 2008. The well Starts production in December 2008 with 1000 BOPD.

Drilling of 2 new development wells OZ 4 and HAD 9 is planned during 2009.
These fields are currently producing around 6 500 BOPD.
  

Franig fields
 
Drilling of FNG 6 was completed the 2nd December 2008. A frac job was performed the 9th of December 2008. The gas production increased from 5 to 20 MM Scf/D.  

The field is currently producing around 3 500 BOPD and 40 MM Scf/D of gas.


Sabria field

Re-entry of SAB N 3H well started the 22nd of September 2008 to drill 2 new legs. Testing of the well is ongoing.

The field is currently producing around 500 BOPD.

Chergui field

First gas was achieved the 8th August 2008 from 2 wells CRG 1A and CRG 5.
The field is currently producing around 400 BCPD and 25 MM Scf/D of gas.


CONCESSIONS UNDER DEVELOPMENT

 Hasdrubal field

Hasdrubal field is located Offshore Gulf of Gabes, BG in operator (50%) with ETAP (50%)

The development consists of an offshore Normally Unmanned Installation (NUI) to house 4 gas producing wells and 2 oil producing wells and an 18” pipeline (117 Km) connecting the offshore installations to the onshore gas treatment plant.


 

 


The gas treatment plant will process 120 MMSCFD of gas to produce commercial gas, 15 000 bbl/D of stabilized condensate and crude oil and 400 tons/D of LPG.

Phase 1 pre-drilling finalized end of June 2008. Drilling of phase 1 will start in March 2009. First gas is expected by 2nd quarter 2009.The central treatment plant (Terminal) onshore Sfax is 90% completed. The offshore platform is installed and the pipe laying is complete for the 18” subsea line connecting the platform to the terminal.

The LPG plant at Gabes is nearing completion. The LPG pipelines connecting the terminal plant to Gabes are under detail design and are expected to be operational by mid 2010. In the interim period, LPG transport to Gabes will be achieved by trucking.
